Q: How to get from the airport to the hotel?

A: We recommend taking the train from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon Station. The train departs every 20-30 minutes and it is a direct train that takes you to Jerusalem City Center in less than half an hour. From the station - take tram number 1 towards the old city and step out at the City Hall station which is few minutes walk from the hotel. 

Q: Is there parking at the hotel?

A: No, due to its prime location, cars are not allowed to enter Jaffa Gate. Karta parking lot located 5 minutes walk is the closest parking garage. Please note, that 24 hours parking can cost up to 120 NIS.

Q. What time is check in?

A: 14:00 o'clock.

Q: I am expected to arrive earlier than the check in time. Will I be able to get to my room?

A: If your room is ready upon your arrival (after 8am on the day of check in) - we will gladly check you in. In case that your room is not ready yet, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and come back at 14:00. If you want to make sure that you will get to your room upon your arrival we recommend that you book the night before.

Q: I am arriving late at night. Will I be able to check in?

A: Of course, our reception staff is waiting for you 24 hours a day. The hotel front door may be locked after hours for the security of our guests. Please ring the intercom and one of us will let you in to the hotel.

Q: What are the room facilities?

A: Individually controlled air-conditioner, flat screen TV with international channels, Complimentary WiFi, desk, coffee machine, water kettle, desk, black-out curtain, safe, hair-dryer, reading lights. iron & ironing board upon request.

Q: Is there an elevator?

A: No, there is no elevator at the hotel. Your room may be located on floor 1 to 3 accessible by stairs only.

Q: What are the payments options?

A: You can pay in cash (NIS or USD) as well as all major credit cards. Payment has to be settled upon check in.

Q: Is VAT included in the rate?

A: No, but foreign tourists are exempted from paying VAT. ONLY Israeli passport holders and citizens of the state of Israel will be obliged to pay the additional 17% VAT.

Q: Is the roof-top terrace open for guests?

A: Yes, our top floor terrace is open for guests during day time. The terrace is for the use of guests only and it is a perfect place to sit and relax after a long day sightseeing while admiring the views and the fresh breeze.

Q: What can I expect at breakfast?

A: The complimentary breakfast consists of breads, cereals, pastries, cheese, meat, yogurts, vegetables, salads, fresh fruits, juices, coffee & tea. Eggs are freshly prepared to order.
